By accessing or using LinksVault ("the Service"), operated by Comp Edge Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to the website at linksvault.us and the application at app.linksvault.us.
LinksVault is a web application that allows registered users to save, organize, and access shareable links in named collections called notes. The Service includes automatic thumbnail generation for supported platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo, Subsplash, and other websites).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it current.
You may not create accounts for others without their permission, use another user's account, or register with an email address you do not own.
You must be at least 13 years old to use LinksVault.
You agree to use LinksVault only for lawful purposes. You may not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
LinksVault offers a free Starter tier and paid Pro and Team tiers. Each tier includes specific limits on the number of notes and links per note. Current limits are described on the pricing page.
Limits are enforced automatically. If you reach a tier limit, you will be prompted to upgrade. Existing content is never deleted when limits are reached.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time from your account billing page.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. Accounts with failed payments may be downgraded to the Starter tier after a grace period. Downgrading does not delete your existing content -- it becomes inaccessible until you upgrade again or reduce your usage to within the free tier limits.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have a billing concern.
You retain ownership of the links, note titles, and other content you save in LinksVault. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell or share it with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
The LinksVault application, design, code, and branding are owned by Comp Edge Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
Thumbnails and titles displayed in the app are fetched from third-party platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, etc.) and remain the property of their respective owners.
LinksVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that thumbnail fetching will succeed for every link on every platform at all times.
Third-party platforms may change their APIs, CDN policies, or content availability at any time and outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comp Edge Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Content associated with your account may be deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where Comp Edge Solutions operates.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
